Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. HR & Client Relations position located in Kochi. The Sr. HR & Client Relations professional will be responsible for overseeing HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and a problem solving approach. Additionally, the role involves building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and managing client relations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

  Manage end-to-end hiring processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Employee Relations:

  Serve as a point of contact for employees, promoting a positive workplace culture.

• Performance Management:

  Assist in performance review cycles and employee development initiatives.

• Administration Support:

  Maintain HR records, compliance, and policy documentation.

• Communication & Collaboration:

  Coordinate across teams to enhance organizational efficiency.

• Event Coordination Support:

  Assist with internal and external event-related activities.

• Business Development Support:

  Provide HR and operational support that contributes to client service excellence and business growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a

  fast-paced environment

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
• Experience in the event management /Media industry is a plus
