Sr/Consultant - Workday Financials

As a Functional Consultant/ Sr Functional Consultant at Workday, your role will involve ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions for clients. You will utilize your consulting experience and functional expertise in Financials, Revenue, and Spend software solutions to configure and test Workday solutions according to the clients" business requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding client business requirements and configuring the Workday solution - Demonstrating configurations through the building of prototype configuration - Assisting clients in testing the Workday solution - Helping convert legacy data into Workday - Collaborating with the Integration Consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions - Applying Workday's Implementation Methodology on all client engagements - Ensuring clients leverage Workday's proven solutions - Mentoring and sharing product knowledge with other consultants - Contributing to successful project outcomes and building lasting client relationships Qualifications for this role include: - 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably in ERP applications such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian, or similar - 8+ years of functional experience in Financials, Revenue, Spend software solutions or systems - Experience in at least 2 full cycle client implementations - Strong client and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Analytical problem-solving and documentation skills - Master's/MBA degree Additionally, Workday values diversity and inclusivity, providing an "Employees First" experience.
