We are currently seeking to hire ServiceNow Professionals in various locations including Hyderabad, Pune, and Indore. As a ServiceNow Technology Lead, you will be responsible for leveraging your 6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in ServiceNow, to lead a team of consultants in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with external clients and internal project teams to achieve outcomes within the Agile Methodology. Your role will involve gathering and documenting requirements, mentoring team members, developing technical solutions, and facilitating the rollout of new applications and modules in ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document user, process, and technical requirements - Lead a team of ServiceNow Consultants in implementation, administration, and support engagements - Hands-on development of the ServiceNow platform - Perform system changes, integrations, data migrations, and modifications to workflows - Collaborate with other IT functions to design solutions for complex problems - Conduct system and integration testing - Monitor application health, usage, and compliance - Identify and mitigate technical risks - Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff - Document solutions in a client-friendly manner Primary Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 6+ years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in ServiceNow - Experience leading ServiceNow projects and offshore teams - Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and functionalities - ServiceNow certifications including CSA, Implementation Specialist, and ITIL V3 foundation Joining YASH will empower you to build a rewarding career in a supportive and inclusive team environment.
