Job Description

Achieve individual and store sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and effective product recommendations.
Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products such as frames, lenses, and contact lenses based on their style preferences, vision prescriptions, and budget.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge of various optical brands, lens types, coatings, and optical accessories.
Manage customer interactions professionally, ensuring a personalized and satisfying shopping experience.
Supervise and guide junior sales staff, providing support and training to enhance sales performance.
Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the optometrist and lab technicians to ensure accurate prescriptions and timely delivery of eyewear.
Oversee daily store operations including billing, stock management, and visual merchandising.
Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and assist the store manager in tracking performance metrics.
Uphold brand standards, store hygiene, and display aesthetics to ensure an excellent customer experience.
