Sr. Wintel Administrator

• Must have good working experience in Windows Server 2012/2016.
• Must have Good communication skills.
• Mandatory to have exposure on handling AD, DNS, Group Policy and DHCP.
• Excellent trouble shooting skill on Windows infrastructure.
• Responsible to apply the monthly security patches and service pack deployments using Patch Management.
• Perform activities related to install, configure and managing IBM Storage and Cisco fiber switches
• Experience in IBM/Dell/HP Server Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting Skills
• Experience in all aspects of Windows Server including Installation/Configuration/ Administration / troubleshooting and best practices
• Experience on Windows Servers Performance and Tuning
• Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows Server Issues, Problem Fixing, Root Cause Analysis and configurations
• Good Exposure to Server Backups and Restore
• Excellent trouble shooting skill on Antivirus server (Symantec console server).
• Responsible for Desktop Support L1/L2 escalation calls
• 24*7, Rotational Shift, 6 days working in week
