Sr. Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications and platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in front-end and back-end development, proficiency in modern frameworks, and the ability to lead projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, and product managers) to deliver robust solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and platforms.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to architecture and workflow.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, review their code, and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience: 4+ years of professional web development experience.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery.
• Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Hands-on experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar).
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and AJAX.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Basic understanding of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes for containerization.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
