You’ll be responsible for delivering intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences that align with brand and business goals. Job Profile: Positions: 01 Job location: Mohali, Work from office. Job Types: Regular/Permanent, Full-time. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end web design process: from wireframes and mockups to high-fidelity UI and prototypes. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, product managers, and marketing teams to align design with business objectives. Create responsive, cross-platform web designs optimized for performance, accessibility, and usability. Maintain and evolve our design systems and brand guidelines. Conduct and incorporate user research, usability testing, and feedback loops into the design process. Stay updated on industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging web technologies. Mentor and guide junior designers; contribute to design reviews and team standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3–6 years of hands-on experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive design work. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind). Experience designing for CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, Magento, CS-Cart, etc.). Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile-first design.
