Profile Snapshot

As a senior member of the creative team, you will guide junior designers, collaborate closely with the Art Director, and ensure that every creative solution pushes boundaries while staying true to brand intent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Visualizer and Art Director in executing design concepts.
  • Assist in preparing visual materials such as layouts, social media creatives, and print ads.
  • Understand and follow brand guidelines across different client projects.
  • Stay updated with design tools and trends to improve visual output.
  • Translate briefs into visually appealing layouts under guidance.
  • Ensure proper file organization and delivery for digital and print production.

Functional & Technical Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in branding, campaign design, typography, layout design, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and with other related Software.
  • Ability to conceptualize from scratch and translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Solid understanding of print media, digital asset guidelines, and brand systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, campaign thinking, and high-quality design execution.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in a design or branding agency is preferred.
  • Relevant education/training in communication design, visual arts, or similar fields.
