Graphic Designer Specialist

What will you do in this role?

• Creative visualisation of communication concepts that convey accurate messaging
• Create and design various collaterals for digital and print media
• Visualise and create mood boards and storyboards for GIFs/animation films / TVCs
• Product branding and Logo/identity designing, packaging
• Understand feedback and make the required changes
• Take job ownership by ensuring projects are completed on time and a quality product is delivered
• Multitask by handling multiple projects and delivering under hard deadlines (both internal and external)
• Understand client brand guidelines and create compliant designs
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of design across various media platforms

What are we looking for?

• Proficiency in programs such as CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MS PowerPoint, and Figma
• Bachelor's/master's degree in commercial art or similar
• Fundamentals of design (layouts, colours, design hierarchy, graphic fundamentals, typography)
• Eye for detail for error-free design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and motivated team player
• Professionalism regarding project deadlines
• Knowledge of the latest trends in the market
• Good aptitude and attitude

Extra points for any of the following:

• Knowledge of animation software
• Good at content writing skills

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share a strong, original design portfolio showing:

• Branding
• Social media designs
• Creative concepts
• Any case studies (optional)
