Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan campaigns across SEO, SEM, SMM, email, and content marketing channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.

2. Social Media Marketing

  • Manage company presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and ad creatives.
  • Run paid ad campaigns and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track performance using platform analytics.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements.
  • Improve website ranking organically through link-building, content updates, and technical SEO.
  • Track ranking and traffic through tools like Google Analytics & Search Console.

4. Performance Marketing (Google Ads / Meta Ads)

  • Create and manage PPC campaigns: Search, Display, Shopping, Video Ads.
  • Monitor cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Run retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.

5. Content Creation & Management

  • Plan and create high-quality content for website, blogs, landing pages, and social media.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers/video editors for creatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms.

6. Website Management

  • Update website content regularly.
  • Ensure mobile-friendly and SEO-optimized structure.
  • Coordinate with developers for website improvements.

7. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

  • Build and manage subscriber lists
  • Create automated email/WhatsApp campaigns for promotions, follow-ups, and engagement.
  • Analyze open rate, click rate, and customer journey performance.

8. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track daily/weekly/monthly performance of all digital channels.
  • Prepare reports on leads, conversions, traffic, and campaign ROI.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Dashboard, SEMrush, etc.

9. Branding & Online Reputation

  • Maintain brand identity across platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and customer queries.
  • Improve brand visibility through influencer collaborations and PR.

10. Coordination & Team Support

  • Work with sales, design, and product teams for campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment between digital leads and sales follow-up.
  • Suggest new ideas for growth and marketing improvements.
