Social Media Visual Designer

Youll work closely with the content, marketing, and strategic teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that boost engagement, strengthen storytelling, and deliver consistent visual excellence.

This role is ideal for designers who are passionate about trends, creativity, and social media aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize creative ideas and visual themes for social media campaigns, posts, reels, and stories.
• Convert content briefs into engaging visuals tailored for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, motion visuals, carousels, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.
• Maintain visual consistency by following brand guidelines, templates, palettes, and asset libraries.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and performance teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
• Keep up with design trends, platform updates, and new creative techniques.
• Manage multiple design tasks, ensure quality control, and deliver revisions as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media design or graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and digital assets.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (basic), and Figma.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to interpret content briefs and turn them into engaging visuals.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills are essential.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is an added advantage.
