Profile Snapshot We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to conceptualize and design compelling campaigns across both print and digital media. This role plays a critical part in bringing creative concepts to life, aligning with our marketing strategies and brand vision. This role contributes directly to elevating our clients' brand presence while supporting the Art Director in managing design quality and mentoring junior creatives. Key Responsibilities: To generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter To produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas To understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience To take work from concept to final execution within deadlines To manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers To present completed ideas to clients Senior team members To stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices To get the monthly plan of execution for approval and make sure that it is executed best for the client.
