We partner with hotels, resorts, and hospitality brands to boost revenue, manage reputation, and craft compelling digital storytelling. As we scale, we are looking for a Senior Video Editor who can bring creativity, precision, and vision to our content production team.

Role Overview

As a Senior Video Editor at Revup, you will lead the video production function—crafting high-quality content for social media, ads, campaigns, brand films, and client deliverables. You will mentor the junior editors, collaborate with our creative & strategy teams, and ensure our video output matches global hospitality & lifestyle standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of video projects from concept to final delivery.

• Edit and produce engaging short-form & long-form videos for social media, ads, brand campaigns, and events.

• Collaborate with the creative, design, and social media teams to develop fresh content ideas.

• Enhance raw footage with color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and transitions.

• Maintain a high standard of storytelling tailored for the hospitality & lifestyle industry.

• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring creative consistency.

• Train, guide, and supervise junior editors and freelancers as required.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, styles, and editing techniques in digital media.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (4–7 years) with a strong portfolio.

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Strong knowledge of motion graphics, VFX, and audio synchronization.

• Experience in creating videos for social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta Ads).

• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

• Bonus: Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury branding.
