Role: US IT Technical Recruiter Years of experience: Min 3 – Max 9 Years Description This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Technical Recruiter located in Begumpet, Hyderabad . As a Technical Recruiter (US Staffing Industry) , you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. Your role will also involve communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to identify and attract top talent for our organization. Qualifications Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills - US Staffing Industry is a MUST HAVE SKILL Experience hiring Full-time / Lateral and W2 candidates is a MUST HAVE SKILL. Hiring candidates through portals is a MUST HAVE SKILL (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc..) Experience hiring Full-time / Lateral and W2 candidates for SI's / Implementation Partners (Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Randstad, Genpact etc....) M UST HAVE SKILL Experience in hiring and recruiting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in the IT industry is preferred.
