Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer with a strong design background and proven expertise in creating user-centric, accessible, and scalable interfaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Netra UI, and a solid understanding of WCAG guidelines. This role requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions using Figma, Adobe XD, and other modern tools
• Apply user-centered design principles to develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs
• Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to ensure seamless Netra UI and DROOLS integration
• Ensure all designs comply with WCAG accessibility standards
• Translate complex requirements into clean, intuitive designs across multiple platforms
• Evaluate feasibility of designs, suggest improvements, and maintain consistent visual standards
• Manage multiple design projects independently with minimal supervision
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders for continuous improvement

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend collaboration
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and similar design tools
• Hands-on exposure to Netra UI and rule-based systems (e.g., DROOLS)
• Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and cross-platform optimization
• Familiarity with frontend-backend integration workflows
• Proven knowledge of WCAG guidelines and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in enterprise rule-based or decision automation systems
• Understanding of localization, performance optimization, and scalable UI development

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
