Sr. UI/UX Developer

You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Your role will involve designing and implementing reusable components and libraries for future use, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and creating responsive layouts for various devices and platforms. Conducting code reviews to maintain code quality, mentoring and guiding junior developers, and establishing coding standards and best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with clients to refine designs and secure final approval for production, designing elegant user experiences, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend functionalities are crucial aspects of the role. You will also be optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, communicating complex design concepts clearly and persuasively, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance the user experience and improve development processes. As a Sr. UI/UX Developer, you are expected to have at least 7 years of relevant professional work experience along with a BE/B.Tech/MCA qualification. You should possess an expert sense and understanding of UI/UX Design principles, a strong grasp of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards, and experience with version control systems such as Git. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, modern prototyping tools like Figma, XD, and Sketch, as well as HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) is essential. Additionally, you should be able to work in a result-driven environment with a data-driven approach, demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills, and stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Taking interviews and training the team as needed will also be part of your responsibilities.
