Sr. UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in animation and motion design. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in designing user-centric digital experiences and bringing them to life through dynamic, engaging, and visually appealing animations.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver intuitive interfaces, interactive prototypes, and motion-enhanced visuals that elevate the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-friendly, responsive, and visually compelling UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Create motion graphics, transitions, and product animations using tools like Blender, Adobe Animate, and Adobe After Effects.
• Translate user research, wireframes, and feedback into interactive design solutions and prototypes.
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive design language across all digital platforms and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to align design strategies with business objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices in motion design and UX.
• Present and justify design concepts to stakeholders with a clear rationale and user-focused approach.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or related creative roles.
• Proven hands-on expertise in:
• Blender – for 3D animations and motion visualization.
• Adobe Animate – for creating interactive and engaging web animations.
• Adobe After Effects – for high-quality motion design and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ability to produce clean, scalable, and production-ready design deliverables.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

Proven hands-on expertise in:

• Blender – for 3D animations and motion visualization.
• Adobe Animate – for creating interactive and engaging web animations.
• Adobe After Effects – for high-quality motion design and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign for graphic and layout design.

Preferred / Additional Skills (Plus Points)

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign for graphic and layout design.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Experience in creating marketing visuals, UI animations, or interactive content for digital platforms.
• Strong grasp of color theory, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
