Sr. UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Figma and a solid understanding of the healthcare domain to design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with our product, UX, and engineering teams to translate requirements into visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces that meet healthcare standards and enhance patient and provider experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile healthcare applications.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma.
• Work with UX designers to translate user flows and journey maps into pixel-perfect UI.
• Understand and incorporate healthcare-specific workflows, terminology, and user needs into the design.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain consistency in design language and ensure accessibility and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to improving design processes and guidelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI design work.
• Experience or domain knowledge in healthcare, telemedicine, EMR/EHR systems, or similar regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of UI principles, design systems, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
