• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in UI/UX design, with 3+ years in a lead or senior role in an IT/tech environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design work (web, mobile, enterprise applications).
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Miro or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and interaction design principles.
• Proven ability to balance creative and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (not mandatory but a plus).
