Job Role: Sr. Recruiter (US IT Recruiter) Work Location: Whitefield, Bangalore / REMOTE Exp: 5-10 Years Excellent communication skills-both written & verbal Job Description: Role: Will work in EST Time Zone (Night Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)** Evaluate candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications. Conduct Pre-screening test to assess communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change etc. Build & sustain the network of potential candidates. Responsible for end to end recruitment included but not limited to sourcing, screening, negotiation, interview set-up and on-boarding. Maintain the database as per the skills, experience, location. Maintain long-term relationships with candidates. Review and understand technical job requirement. Research on latest and upcoming technologies and terminologies. Candidates should have technical recruitment experience in contract OR permanent staffing. Required Experience: Well versed with US TAX Terms (W2, C2C & 1099) & various time zones. Solid and Hands-on W2 recruitment Should have ability to work on IT skill set. Must have working experience on Boolean search and job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed and LinkedIn etc) Also must have good sourcing knowledge on social networks. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
