Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Travel Consultant – Holidays to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in holiday sales and itinerary planning, with strong expertise in promoting and selling destinations such as the UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. You will be responsible for converting leads, designing customized holiday packages, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design and sell tailor-made holiday packages for individual and group travelers

-Promote and upsell popular destinations like UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand

-Handle inquiries from walk-in clients, emails, calls, and online leads

-Customize itineraries as per customer preferences, budgets, and interests

-Provide detailed destination knowledge, travel advice, and visa support

-Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver exceptional service

-Coordinate with internal operations, suppliers, and destination partners

-Ensure timely follow-ups and achieve monthly sales targets

-Keep updated with travel trends, promotions, and product knowledge

Key Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday sales within the travel industry

-Strong knowledge of UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand travel products

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

-Ability to handle multiple client requests and deliver results under pressure

-Proficient in MS Office and travel CRM systems

-Team player with a proactive, target-driven approach
