• Utilize GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) to search for flight availability, fares, and schedules.
• Issue and manage airline tickets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to ticketing regulations.
• Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Assist clients in the event of flight cancellations, delays, or rescheduling, providing timely solutions.
• Handle payment processing, invoicing, and financial transactions related to bookings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Mentored and supported junior ticketing agents, offering guidance and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Strong understanding of airline fare structures, ticketing regulations, and travel industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
