Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr Travel Consultant to join our Operations team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel operations and management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Develop and implement effective travel plans, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Analyze travel trends and preferences to provide expert advice on destinations and itineraries.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals and rates.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and travel arrangements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in travel operations or a related field.
Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
