Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Transport Executive located in Thane. The Sr. Transport Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily transport operations, coordinating with drivers and clients, managing schedules and routes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and handling any service-related issues. The role requires stringent adherence to safety standards and compliance with regulations. The executive will also work on optimizing the travel program, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing transport operations and logistics
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Proficiency in using transport management software and other relevant technologies
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field preferred
