Sr. Tour Consultant

The Senior Tour Consultant plays a pivotal role in managing end-to-end tour operations for both international and domestic customized travel packages. This role involves handling client consultations, designing personalized itineraries, coordinating with vendors and partners, ensuring seamless tour execution, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the travel experience. The candidate must be well-versed in global travel destinations, visa processes, and dynamic packaging, with strong attention to detail and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Handling & Consultation:
• Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Suggest suitable destinations, experiences, and accommodation options.
• Prepare and present tailor-made tour packages, pricing, and detailed itineraries.
• Itinerary Planning & Booking:
• Design customized itineraries based on client requirements.
• Handle hotel, flight, transfers, sightseeing, cruise, insurance, and activity bookings.
• Ensure accurate costing, profitability, and timely confirmations.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
• Liaise with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity operators.
• Negotiate rates and manage contracts with suppliers to maintain quality and cost-efficiency.
• Tour Execution & Support:
• Oversee the smooth execution of tours from start to finish.
• Remain a point of contact for clients during travel for any assistance or emergencies.
• Handle last-minute changes, upgrades, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Manage visa guidance, travel insurance, and relevant travel documentation.
• Stay updated with travel advisories, health and safety norms, and destination-specific rules.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership:
• Mentor junior consultants and support staff as needed.
• Work closely with sales, accounts, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Tour Operation: 2 years (Required)
