About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our travel planning division, you will specialize in crafting tailor-made travel experiences to destinations across the globe and within India. Your role will involve understanding client preferences, curating personalized itineraries, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Design customized domestic and international tour packages based on client interests, budget, and travel preferences. Provide expert advice on destinations, visas, flights, hotels, and excursions. Handle end-to-end travel bookings including flights, accommodation, transfers, and activities. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable travel solutions. Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless service delivery. Keep up-to-date with travel trends, safety advisories, and destination knowledge. Resolve travel-related issues and provide post-travel support to clients. Requirements: Proven experience as a travel consultant or similar role in the travel industry. Strong knowledge of international and domestic destinations. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and work under deadlines. Familiarity with online booking platforms, and Microsoft Office. The Senior Tour Consultant plays a pivotal role in managing end-to-end tour operations for both international and domestic customized travel packages. This role involves handling client consultations, designing personalized itineraries, coordinating with vendors and partners, ensuring seamless tour execution, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the travel experience. The candidate must be well-versed in global travel destinations, visa processes, and dynamic packaging, with strong attention to detail and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Client Handling & Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. Suggest suitable destinations, experiences, and accommodation options. Prepare and present tailor-made tour packages, pricing, and detailed itineraries. Itinerary Planning & Booking: Design customized itineraries based on client requirements. Handle hotel, flight, transfers, sightseeing, cruise, insurance, and activity bookings. Ensure accurate costing, profitability, and timely confirmations. Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity operators. Negotiate rates and manage contracts with suppliers to maintain quality and cost-efficiency. Tour Execution & Support: Oversee the smooth execution of tours from start to finish. Remain a point of contact for clients during travel for any assistance or emergencies. Handle last-minute changes, upgrades, cancellations, and special requests efficiently. Documentation & Compliance: Manage visa guidance, travel insurance, and relevant travel documentation. Stay updated with travel advisories, health and safety norms, and destination-specific rules. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Mentor junior consultants and support staff as needed. Work closely with sales, accounts, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication.
