Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the mechanical engineering team to design, develop, and implement new products and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to improving design processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including design, development, and testing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
