Sr. Territory Service Representative

As a Senior Territory Service Representative at Blue Dart Express India, you will be responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound operations at the Service Centre in SUH, Surat. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely, accurate, and profitable delivery services to customers within your designated territory. Your operational duties will include providing exceptional service to customers through intact and punctual pickup and delivery of shipments, as well as connecting shipments collected from your assigned route. You will be tasked with developing and expanding your territory or route, fostering business growth with existing customers, generating sales leads, and sharing relevant competition information. Additionally, self-grooming and continuous enhancement of product and operations knowledge will be essential aspects of your role. In terms of people management, you will be required to offer direction, guidance, and support to your team members to enable them to effectively carry out their responsibilities. Monitoring team performance, identifying key performers, mentoring and coaching subordinates for skill development, and ensuring adequate staffing levels at the Service Centre are crucial components of your responsibilities.
