Job Title: Sr.Tender Executive

Location: Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh)

Experience Required- 1 to 3 Year

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month (Based on skills & interview performance)

*Overview:*We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr.Tender Executive to manage tendering and bidding processes, especially on Government and corporate procurement platforms such as GeM and e-Procurement portals. The candidate should be good in documentation, coordination, and follow-ups, with basic understanding of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:•

Search, review, and identify relevant tenders from government/private portals.• Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical and financial bids.• Submit bids online through GeM and e-Procurement portals.• Handle GeM portal activities such as product listing, pricing updates, order processing, and tracking.• Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Purchase, Logistics, Sales) for documentation and order execution.• Handle client queries, follow-ups for tender updates, clarifications, and PO status.• Maintain proper records and prepare periodic tender status reports for management.

*Required Skills:*•

Good communication (English & Hindi) and documentation skills.• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Knowledge of GeM / Government tender portals (preferred).• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.• Strong coordination and follow-up ability.*Qualifications:*• Graduate (Preference to Commerce/Accounts background).• Experience in tendering/procurement will be preferred.• Freshers with strong learning ability may also apply.
