Sr Telesales - Real Estate

As a Team Manager, your role involves leading, motivating, and managing the tele sales team to achieve overall sales goals and quotas. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth, ensuring that the team meets sales targets. Monitoring and analyzing individual and team performance metrics will be crucial, as you provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance performance. Preparing and presenting detailed sales reports and forecasts to management, along with analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, will be part of your routine tasks.
