Role Overview: As a Sr. Technical Support Specialist at Phykon, you will be a key member of the team responsible for providing top-notch technical customer support for a US-based voice process. Your role will involve responding promptly to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat channels while maintaining high levels of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial part in escalating and resolving issues, meeting targets, logging customer concerns, promoting sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer requests via telephone, email, and chat. - Maintain high levels of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. - Escalate issues appropriately and coordinate with supervisors for timely resolution. - Meet productivity, quality, and sales targets consistently. - Log and report all customer issues in the CRM database. - Promote sales of technology equipment and devices. - Deliver an excellent customer experience and contribute to brand promotion. Qualifications Required: - Worked in International call centers / BPO in voice-based technical processes with B2B customers. - Possess a neutral English accent (free from Mother Tongue Influence). - Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
