Key Responsibilities Provide first-level support for desktop/laptop issues, operating systems, applications, network connectivity, printers, and peripherals. Handle user account management tasks (Active Directory, email setup, access control). Track and manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system. Support IT onboarding/offboarding activities, including provisioning and deprovisioning. Adhere to internal SOPs, security policies, and compliance requirements.
