Senior Lead Engineer/ Technical lead wiring harness
Job Description:
• Functional and fitment testing of wiring harness & sub aggregates on bench level & Proto build Support to proto shop fitment and trial activities.
• Wiring harness rework based on rework instructions Diagnose the fault & root cause analysis of all failures obse rved on proto vehicle.
•Wiring Harness testing and validation on Lab Car. .
•Support for new proto sample development. Routing a nd Packaging audit of Wiring Harness in the vehicle during New Product development.
• Vehicle Prototype Management & Preparation, Wiring Harness routine & Electrical components assembly on vehicle.
•Vehicle Complete Electrical checklist and Wiring Harness schem atics checks.•On vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting & Root cause analysis on development vehicles.
•Good knowledge in the area of Vehicle Electrical System i.e. Starting system, Charging system, Lighting system ,
•Good Knowledge Of How to Use Testing Instr uments, Like; , Insulation Tester, Multimeter, Current Meter & Environmental
