Job Description

As a Sr. Technical Consultant - Cloud at Blue Yonder, you will be a key player in the customer success team, responsible for implementing and supporting projects in the supply chain domain. Your deep knowledge of industry best practices will be crucial in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementations. Here's what you'll be doing: - Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve cases within SLA/OLA timelines. - Possess basic knowledge of Cloud Azure and infrastructure concepts. - Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to proactively address issues. - Adhere to Cloud policies, procedures, methodologies, and quality standards. - Escalate issues that may impact project timelines. - Collaborate with Shift leads to resolve project issues, escalating when necessary. - Provide regular communication and status reporting to internal stakeholders and customers. - Keep Consulting informed about ongoing issues, providing frequent updates. - Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. - Be available for flexible hours, including off-hours support. - Preferably have knowledge of the ITIL framework. In this role, your primary KPIs will include: - Coordinating with Cross Functional teams for timely issue resolution. - Liaising between Project and support teams for smooth project transitions. - Improving operational efficiency, including time to resolve escalations and backlog. - Efficiently managing Technical upgrade projects with customers. - Achieving NPS/CSAT scores for Technical upgrades. We are looking for candidates who possess: - A Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in Software development and support. - Customer-facing skillset preferred. - Strong communication and escalation management skills. - Knowledge of the ITIL framework. - Supply chain knowledge is an added advantage. - Understanding of SaaS and Cloud technologies.
