Sr Technical Consultant - Project Coordinator

As a Senior Technical Consultant - Cloud at Blue Yonder, you will be an integral part of the customer success team, responsible for implementing and supporting projects related to supply chain solutions. Your role will involve working with various cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of Cloud-related activities and to support project implementations. It is essential that you possess deep knowledge of industry best practices and have the ability to effectively implement them. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Shared Services team during customer implementation lifecycles. You will be expected to proactively identify and highlight risks, as well as escalate issues to leadership to prevent any delays in project delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve cases within SLA/OLA timelines - Have a basic understanding of Cloud Azure and infrastructure concepts - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and work proactively to address issues - Adhere to Cloud policies, procedures, methodologies, and quality standards - Escalate issues that may impact project timelines - Communicate regularly with stakeholders and customers, providing updates on ongoing issues - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution - Act as a liaison between project and support teams for smooth project transitions - Efficiently manage technical upgrade projects with customers - Aim to achieve high NPS/CSAT scores for technical upgrades Requirements: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software development and support - Customer-facing skillset is preferred - Excellent communication and escalation management skills - Knowledge of the ITIL framework is a plus - Supply chain knowledge is advantageous - Familiarity with SaaS and Cloud services In this role, your dedication to maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction will be crucial.
