Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support
  • Handle day-to-day tasks including dashboard creation, UX page development, and standard builds
  • Support MIS reporting activities and routine enhancements
  • Manage tickets related to access, data validation, and usability issues
  • User Assistance
  • Provide direct support to our 35+ end users as they adapt to ANAPLAN
  • Help users navigate the system, resolve issues, and improve overall usability
  • Collaboration with L3
  • Work alongside the L3 architect, who will focus on complex design and optimization
  • Ensure smooth handoff of operational tasks while escalating complex builds to L3 when required


Current Status

  • The FP&A implementation has recently closed, with MIS reporting completed over the past 23 months
  • Full-scale operational activities are still ramping up as the system stabilizes
  • Current incident volumes remain low, primarily related to access and data validation
  • This role is critical to ensuring smooth adoption of ANAPLAN, supporting end users, and maintaining operational stability while the system matures
