Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Steward to join our team. The Senior Steward will be responsible for , , and .

Key Responsibilities

Take food and beverage orders clearly and correctly.
Professionally serve dishes and drinks.
Ensure tables are set, clean, and organised as per restaurant standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth service.
Guide and support junior stewards during service.
Handle guest queries, complaints, or requests with politeness and professionalism.

Skills & Qualities Needed

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in hotels/restaurants.
Knowledge of dining etiquette and service styles.
Positive attitude, well-groomed, and team-oriented.
Ability to handle busy shifts calmly and efficiently.
Good knowledge of food & beverages and the menu of the restaurant.
