Sr. Spc Planning & Forecasting Analytics EM

Role Overview: As a Senior Specialist Ecommerce Planning & Forecasting Analytics at adidas in the EMC (Emerging Markets Central) Global Sales department, your primary responsibility is to drive business planning and forecasting analytics for adidas e-commerce. You will be tasked with planning and delivering business targets by utilizing internal and external data sources to enhance consumer understanding, expand reach, increase customer engagement, and advocacy. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the overall EM e-com Business Performance Reporting and Forecasting practice - Identify demand gaps, risks, and uplift to provide actionable advice to stakeholders - Manage adoption of forecast models and demand management approach - Support deep-dives, ad-hoc analysis, and contextual dashboards - Develop and maintain a stakeholder network for actionable insights - Advise stakeholders on defining goals, selecting KPIs, and monitoring performance - Build a strong internal and external network to stay informed on industry trends - Enable and support Products Analytics in collaboration with the EM e-com Buying and Trading function - Monitor market trends and competitor activities for optimization of adidas Digital sales - Develop and maintain relationships with EM Hub e-com team, EM Function teams, Country-Clusters market teams, Global Digital teams, and Global BI & Analytics teams Qualifications Required: - Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or related field preferred - Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce Business planning, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Demand forecasting - Experience in e-commerce environment and data handling platforms - Knowledge of Digital and e-com analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and sports/fashion industry - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with data visualization tools - Ability to work in a cross-functional organization, develop relationships, and present business challenges at various levels (Note: Additional Company Details section omitted as it does not contain any relevant information for the job description),
