Band : U3Exp : 5 to 7 YrsGood SCCM work experienceGood Intune work experiencePatch Management using SCCM and WSUSM365 patching and troubleshootingTroubleshoot and fix and disruptions on the SCCM infrastructure and able to analyze and suggest/provide improvementsAdvanced administration skills in both software and patch deployment using SCCM 2012 in a multisite corporate environment3rd line technical support experience in a Windows Server and workstationMonthly deployment of security patches to Windows Servers and workstationKnowledge in Scripting languages like powershell,vbscriptCreate and edit scripts for issues ranging from software installation to system configurationManaging the Windows client image, application packaging and scriptingLead and drive definition, implementation and enforcement of systems administration operational processes, procedures, policies and associated documentationProvide application/Windows OS installation / configuration / patching data reporting (application install status, client health, ) leveraging Microsoft System Center Configuration ManagerFollowing strict change, incident, request and problem management guidelinesEnsuring compliance to service level agreementsCreate and maintain driver packages for supported systems (HP / Dell / lenovo / Desktops / Workstations , Laptops).
