We’re looking for an SDE-3 Node - IDSS to lead the development of scalable microservices for our platform. You’ll solve complex engineering challenges, optimize system architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that drive business growth.

What You Will Do

  • Design and build scalable microservices using Node.js for the IDSS platform.
  • Lead code reviews and shape team processes to ensure high-quality, efficient development.
  • Own product lifecycle, from requirements to production, making a direct impact on business outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, driving innovation and technical excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of Node.js experience, with strong skills in microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
  • Expertise in Express, SQL/NoSQL/Redis databases, and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving successful project delivery.
