Job Description

This role requires people with deep knowledge of Python/Odoo development, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

Minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience as a FullStack Developer having experience in the following technologies:

JQuery
CSS/SCSS/LESS have worked extensively on different models such as Flexbox, Grid Layout, CSS Variables, Pre-processors.
Javascript
Either of Angular/React/Vue JS

Ability to design screens on figma.
Open to work on Frappe ERPNext, Experience on these would be an added advantage.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Role

You will be responsible for developing and customizing ERPNext applications to meet specific needs of our Internal Stakeholders, you shall be working closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants and Internal Stakeholders, to create robust and efficient ERP solutions.

Customization and Development:
Design and develop customized ERPNext solutions, including custom modules, features, and enhancements.
Technical Analysis:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integration:
Integrate ERPNext with other systems and third-party applications as needed to streamline data flow and optimize business processes.
Code Review:
Review and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Testing:
Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the stability and reliability of developed solutions.
Documentation:
Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation, including code documentation, technical specifications, and deployment instructions.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to deliver successful solutions.

You are required to continuously learn and stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and ERPNext advancements to suggest improvements and optimizations.
