Sr Software Eng Supervisor

As a Senior Software Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to independently execute projects. Your role involves building an effective team that is aligned with organizational goals, fosters collaboration, and implements change management initiatives. You will be required to handle workforce planning using CORA and other tools. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the team of engineers/Sr. Engineers/Lead engineers to execute projects independently - Lead change management initiatives and implement agreed-upon initiatives - Develop functional and technical design specifications (Blue printing) and provide technical support for multiple disciplines - Gather requirements, provide demos/POC on built functionality, and build required solutions as per customer RFQ - Manage integration activities for multiple projects within stipulated deadlines - Proactively recommend solutions to potential quality issues and resolve integration issues - Participate in brainstorming discussions to build better solutions for customers - Mentor junior employees Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Proven experience in software solutions implementation for Gigafactory, Refining, Oil and Gas, Chemical, Power, and Mining Industries - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Familiarity with industry standards and best practices Additionally, as a Senior Software Engineering Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in designing, leading, and executing software solutions for various industries.,
