Job Summary

• We are seeking an experiencedSeniorSoftwareDeveloperwith a high-level knowledge of C# and SQL to providedevelopmentand design expertise as well as technical support, troubleshooting assistance anddevelopmentfor our production systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving issues in our production environments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Essential Functions and Tasks

• Monitor production systems and applications to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely withdevelopmentteams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to C# and SQL Server-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
• Provide technical support to end-users to resolve production-related issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to production systems and processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as required.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 3 years of direct applicationdevelopmentexperience in C#, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure related todevelopment, including support and maintenance.
• Knowledge of HL7 and otherHealthcarerelated data structures, Revenue Cycle Management is a plus.

Must Haves

• Proficient insoftwaredevelopmentand testing life cycles.
• Intermediate knowledge and hands on experience with C# and SQL Server.
• Experience with .NETframework code from CORE 3.0 and above
• Strong experience with querying complex SQL database tables
• Strong experience with writing complex SQL stored procedures
• Strong experience with modern APIdevelopmentusing C#
• Strong experience with problem solving and monitoring production solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
