Looking for someone who can think beyond just posts and platforms. You ll be responsible for driving
social-led brand building, engagement, and community growth
across multiple client accounts each at different growth stages, industries, and goals.
This role is ideal for someone who:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning -
Develop channel-specific social strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads) aligned with business and brand goals. Build quarterly content roadmaps, audience personas, and engagement plans. -
Content & Execution -
Lead daily planning, posting, and optimization using tools like SocialPilot or Buffer. Partner with design and video teams to deliver thumb-stopping creative assets. -
Brand Voice & Storytelling -
Own the voice and tone for each brand. Turn briefs into compelling stories that resonate across platforms. Write strong short-form copy that drives both action and emotion. -
Community Management -
Actively respond to DMs, comments, and mentions. Initiate conversations and build loyal digital communities. -
Influencer & Partner Marketing -
Identify, engage, and manage influencer relationships to drive authentic content and collaborations. -
Performance & Reporting -
Track metrics like engagement rate, reach, saves, CTR, follower growth. Share insights monthly and optimize for outcomes not just output. -
Trendspotting & Innovation -
Stay ahead of trends, reels formats, memes, audio clips, and competitor moves. Act as the innovation radar for the brands you manage.
Your qualifications:
Technical
- 3 5 years managing brand social accounts (agency/SaaS/consumer preferred)
- Proven track record of growing social channels from the ground up
- Personal audience of
10K+ followers
on Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn (or other creator platforms) - Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and creator outreach
- Ability to guide design/video teams with clear briefs and social aesthetics
- Fluency with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Figma (basic), and analytics dashboards
- Strategic thinking + tactical execution + strong creative instincts

- Experience in SaaS, D2C, or scaling startup brands
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
