1. Technical domain expertise in Devices Software running on SoC
2. Collaborate with engineering leaders to create project execution plans for SOC workstreams development, considering power/performance and functional specs for all use case conditions 3. Work with product line device software and device OS teams to implement device features. 4. Ability identify, define, and track measurable program and SOC software performance KPIs, and driving improvements 5. Ability to work with cross functional Silicon, Hardware and Software stakeholder teams to align goals, deliverables, and timelines 6. Provide verbal and written updates of workstreams to cross functional team meetings 7. Contribute to assessing risk trade-offs and judgements for milestone acceptance 8. Support product teams with hardware and validation data for devices xVT integration. 9. Create processes to improve future SoC software development for a workstream.
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of technical product or program management experience Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition 5+ years of device software experience 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
