Oversee after-sales services across the solar Inverter domains, Develop efficient service policies, prioritize customer requests, and ensure prompt resolution Build strong client relationships, address escalated complaints & improve service delivery. Required Candidate profile Lead fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of solar inverters (1 kW to 250 kW) and other power systems Manage and mentor a team of service engineers and Service coordinator Streamline workflow
