As a High-End Instrument Service professional, your role involves achieving targets as per Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). You will be responsible for the installation and training of customers, participating in exhibitions, conducting trials and demonstrations. Your key responsibilities include: - Possessing a strong foundation in Basics of Electronics and Instrumentation. - Demonstrating knowledge of troubleshooting Analytical Instrumentation. - Ability to interpret circuit diagrams, trace them on PCBs, and understand the circuit flow. - Familiarity with the validation and calibration of equipment. - Conducting root cause analysis of service complaints. In addition to technical skills, you are expected to have the following soft skills: - Proficiency in MS-Excel and other computer skills. - Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the ability to review, analyze, and update CRM data. - Expertise in data management and report preparation based on specific requirements. - Preparation of root cause analysis reports, reviewing them with the reporting manager, and coordinating with the team for resolution. - Performing new installations, preventive maintenance, remote support, telephonic support, and troubleshooting of instruments. - Managing warranty/AMC expiry renewals alongside SCP consumption. - Anticipating customer and field team needs, discussing them with the reporting manager or department head to ensure timely responses. - Excellent communication skills to address corporate clients' concerns and complaints effectively. To excel in this role, you should have 3-8 years of experience and hold a Diploma/B. Tech/BE in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical. The location for this position is in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
