Sr. Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer specializing in Laser Marking Machines, your role will involve the installation, maintenance, and servicing of laser marking machines at client sites. You will utilize your expertise with fiber/CO2/UV lasers, demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting skills, and be willing to travel for on-site support when necessary. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing and commissioning laser marking machines - Diagnosing and resolving mechanical/electronic issues - Conducting preventive maintenance and service visits - Training client teams on machine usage - Maintaining service reports and documentation To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in EZCAD/LaserCAD and motion control systems is essential, along with a proactive attitude towards local and outstation travel requirements. Strong problem-solving skills will be crucial to effectively tackle challenges in this dynamic field.
