As a Service Engineer specializing in Laser Marking Machines, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of laser marking machines at client sites. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise with fiber/CO2/UV lasers, demonstrating strong technical troubleshooting skills, and being willing to travel for on-site support when necessary. Your key responsibilities will include installing and commissioning laser marking machines, diagnosing and resolving mechanical/electronic issues, conducting preventive maintenance and service visits, training client teams on machine usage, as well as maintaining service reports and documentation. To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in EZCAD/LaserCAD and motion control systems is essential, along with a proactive attitude towards local and outstation travel requirements. Strong problem-solving skills will be crucial to effectively tackle challenges in this dynamic field.
