Sr. Section Officer - International Business

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound/inbound sales calls to international /National customers.
• Identify potential leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services and communicate their value effectively.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the team to optimize sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
